An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was performing a little analysis on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast for the reason that I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to talk about this, I feel strongly about it and adore reading extra on this topic. If achievable, as you turn into expertise, would you mind updating your weblog with more details? It truly is extremely helpful for me. Huge thumb up for this weblog post!
In late 2005, a former student of Rozelle Public School DAVID SCALES (attended 1952 to 1959) decided it would be great fun to rally all his old school mates together for a reunion.
He spent countless hours searching for people, making contacts and organising the get together, and he received so much interest that the list of people wanting to attend a reunion grew to over 200 ex students from the 1950's and 1960's.
David was extremely excited at the prospect of re-connecting so many old school friends and kids from the neighbourhood.
Sadly, in June of 2006 David passed away, just short of seeing his efforts come to fruition.
His daughter Justine picked up where he had left off, and the reunion was held in David's memory in August of 2006.
The reunion was a great success with over 400 old friends there on the day! Double the expected attendance!
Justine organised a second reunion in September 2007, it was a fantastic evening but sadly, the last reunion she will plan.
Justine hopes to pass the baton to a committee of ex-students some time in future.
